- What do you think is the most significant trend at the moment in international basketball? Discuss your answers with a coaching colleague. What would your response be to this trend? (E.g. if it is an offensive trend, how would you defend it?)
- Are you involved in the talent development programs in your region? How could you get more involved?
- Reflect upon a junior team you selected. Did you select players based upon their skills at that time or the potential you thought that they had?
