Follow Up

Do you have a good relationship with referees? After answering the question, ask a colleague or administrator who has watched you coach whether they believe you have a good relationship with referees. If possible, seek feedback from referees on how they find officiating your games.
How would you respond if one of the experienced players told the team after the match “we only lost because the referees made a mistake at the end of the game – the offensive foul they called was wrong”.
Would your answer to question 2 be different if you agreed that the referees had made a mistake? Discuss with a colleague how they would approach the situation.
